You get out what you put in - if you have ambition and work hard, you can make things happen for yourself and the company. People who do well at Sysdoc tend to be pragmatists and problem solvers with a positive outlook.
The people are great, my team are amazing - talented, dedicated and energetic - which makes for a fun workplace, even when projects are tough.
Cons
Like any other consultancy, travel is unavoidable and some of the locations are not particularly glamorous.
The scattered workforce makes it hard for a consistent company experience across all sites and projects.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, it is muc appreciated. We are always looking at how we can improve employee experience especially when travelling, and would value your direct feedback if you have any ideas in that space.
Flat management structure
Ambitious plans for the future - clear and visible strategy
Focus on artificial intelligence is a great opportunity to learn and develop future skills essential for the modern workplace
Promotion is based on capability not tenure - people are recognised for potential and encouraged to step up
Sysdoc has maintained a strong focus on quality delivery to customers and providing a great place for people to work
Much of Sysdoc's work can be delivered remotely this has opened up opportunities to deliver more globally at a very competitive price
Cons
NZ time zone can be a challenge when working with global teams
Opportunities to work with so many different organisations, lots of variety.
Consultants can cross skill and try different types of work: training, process work, change management and others.
Cons
You may be changing teams and project 5-6 times a year. It’s either exciting or exhausting, depending on personal preferences.
