5Hs culture makes employee stay and attracts new people join. Management really lend a helping hand to staff when help needed.
Cons
Some positions missing successor, no backup when certain staff on leave/resign. 5Hs culture sometime used in wrong way and keep some under performed staff continue work in company. Capable staff left due to imbalance workload shared between the team.
