      Pros

      SOME people can make great money, but not in your first couple years. You have a chance to grow a learn a LOT about things you'd never known of before.

      Cons

      Hours were crazy 7am-6pm or later M-F for everyone! Pay was not decent until after you'd been there over a year or two. Evaluation of employees was not always fair across the board. President's club and other recognition is biased and rigged to some extent. Senior management does not listen to employees on ways to improve the company, make things more fair, make work life better, etc.

      Pros

      It is a good way to learn the Recruiting business; procuring job orders,conducting and scheduling interviewing. I look at it as a way to build on my Human Resources career. The pay is draw is decent and the commission potential can be really good, if you are willing to put in the time.

      Cons

      Management is not supportive. If you are struggling to learn the business or having a bad run then they will do their best to make you leave. Management will criticize you in front co-workers. It is an open room with just desks -no cubicles, so there is no privacy when making sales calls.
