      The workplace has a diverse set of people.

      Cons

      System Logistics has a terrible work environment. The work atmosphere is filled with toxicity and fear. Our managers discipline us through verbal abuse and insults, so employees don’t really learn anything. We only learn to be afraid and anxious when our managers are around.

      Not applicable. Disrespect from the CEO to department management.

      Cons

      Zero planning and zero support is affecting all departments. Management genuinely has no idea what is going on. This leads to management blaming lower level employees in order for the bonuses to be given to management. This company is losing all of its top performers and is a sinking ship. Low morale. Chaos and stress.
