Please avoid at all cost (don't be scammed) - Assistant Engineer System Technic Engineering Employee Review

1) Poor work life balance - back to back jobs without rest 2) Low starting pay 3) OT is only beyond 44 hours - no allowance for night or weekend work 4) Micro-managing management team (very TOXIC !!!) 5) No care and concern for engineers - part time workers have a better life 6) No career progression (website states otherwise) 7) No proper training provided - have to learn by yourself 8) 3-4 directors, but only 3-5 engineers in the whole company!!!
