People are good in the shop

Huge divide between office and shop almost like two complete different companies. Micro management from managers as well as ever growing list of policies. Expectation of employees to gi above and beyond in skills and contributions yet when reviews come around there is no recognition or compensation as every employee is paid and graded based on the specific job title not on what the are asked to do or have learned and been able to contribute on a daily basis that goes above and beyond the limits of there job title
