Pros
SIS feels different than many other staffing companies. For one, they have many people that have worked for them for many years. Because of this it has a family feel to it. Their staff seem genuinely interested in people's careers and they occasionally have events for consultants to make them feel more at home. They are also not afraid of making changes and trying new things to improve their relationships with clients and consultants.
Cons
The downside of having long-term employees is that they sometimes get stuck in old ways of doing things, for example, reporting time.
