Pros

Met some really nice and respectful employees and was able to leave in a weeks notice.

Cons

Wow... Where do I start... The CEO is just... Horrible and mean and disrespectful and narcissistic and condescending and miserable and unhappy and maby just in need of a hug(I think I've just figured it out) If you would like to work here it would be a good idea to have a little chess knowledge and know how pawns work, because that is what you will be at Systeme.io.... The Queen was quite nice though. To end of my fairytale: Don't expect praise, only expect belittling, don't expect a reasonable salary, only expect lunch money, don't expect a happy, growth oriented work environment, expect constant anxiety and misery because you will never be good enough.... And you won't be acknowledged for your achievements, only for your mistakes. Just to end this off on a positive note.... Something positive.... Ummmm... The hole in the ozone layer is getting smaller.

Pros

I've spent a year at systeme.io as a customer service representative, and the working environment is fantastic. There's always support available to address any concerns.

Cons

During certain periods, there may be high-pressure situations requiring quick and efficient work. Also the founder is looking to sell the company, which adds to the stress for some

Pros

nothing particular aside of a few nice people there

Cons

The company piles up too much workload and expects a high level of accountability while in return the company doesn't provide any benefits for it. Starting salary is usually around a few euros/hour, but they lure employees with some fairytales of possibilities to advance quickly and earn much much more within months, although that never happens. If you do job well, the management will burden you with more responsibilities, however, this doesn't come with the pay raise but they say, if you do your job well, you'll get one. And then they won't mention the pay raise anymore and they will leave you with all these extra responsibilities and even pile more at some point. They do appreciate your hard work and contribution, but with a pat on the back and "good job, pal", but once a year when they give pay raises, you'll get a slap in a face with a 5% per year. That's not a raise, that's a humiliation. And when I say "they" and "management", that is of course the CEO because he makes all the decisions. On top of it all, CEO constantly finds reasons to argue and offend employees and acts as a small tyrant most of the time. He also tirelessly checks the online reviews, so whenever someone says the real truth about the working conditions, he has one of his close associates who clearly lack backbone to submit disingenuous reviews that don't t reflect at all the actual work environment.
