      Good management where I'm based

      Cons

      Very slow processes which slows down entire operation. To do a handover can take hours. To get a car ready for handover can also take a whole day chasing up. Also there's been 2 pay cuts within the last year

      The team were generally great, good facilities

      Cons

      Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
