      Pros

      Transportation industry specific. Some genuinely great people to work with.

      Cons

      Tethered to your desk and phone if working in the call center. Scheduling changes every day. Breaks are discouraged, prepare to sit for eight to nine hours without a break. People appear and then vanish without explanation.
