Pros
Due to over dependency on articles, if you are smart enough you will be able to get good exposure
Cons
No proper training for anything
Seniors and juniors have too much communication gaps . No one is ready to listen.
Also main thing is even if you are exploited , staff is not supported at all related to any support works like IT or admin etc.
Even you are working for them , they will not support the staff .
Every month there will be clashes amoung team related to conveyance or out of pocket.
