Pros
The only positive thing about working at TRD is being involved in professional racing with corporate backing.
Cons
The culture pins associates against each other. People are vicious and non-collaborative. Time off can only happen in the off season (which can be as narrow as 3 weeks during the winter). There is zero personal or professional growth. TRD will literally rot you every day you're there.
