T-Solutions is a TERRIBLE place to work! The company is poorly managed by a group of overbearing, manipulative, and condescending women (I'm referring to the COO and CFO mostly). During the interview process, they will praise their "drama free" work environment - do not believe this! They are the same ones who thrive on drama and will go out of their way to create a hostile work environment. Leadership is extremely disorganized and flighty. They constantly "forget" about deadlines and then force you to stay late to complete projects that should've been done yesterday. They are extremely unethical, unprofessional and distrusting. They read your emails nightly and will rummage through your desk.
Don't believe the job description they try to sell you on. You might be hired to do Accounting and on the first day you find out you are also the receptionist or vice versa. They do not understand how to manage people nor are they receptive to your opinions or feedback. If you have a differing opinion, they will quickly shut you down. This environment is extremely TOXIC! Do yourself a favor and don't even bother applying to T-Solutions.
