      Remote work, health insurance, good and adequate colleagues

      Cons

      Extremely poor work-life balance, bonuses are almost always minimal or nonexistent, projects are one-way, sales teams make big promises to clients, and no one thinks about how to fulfill them. Salary increases are extremely reluctant.
