From the moment I joined, I’ve felt like part of the team. Everyone is genuinely friendly and approachable, which makes a big difference. There’s a culture of openness and transparency that runs through the company. It’s easy to share ideas, voice concerns & collaborate.

I can’t share any cons at this stage.

Working for TAC events is great. Along with the flexible working hours there is a private health care plan which really enforces the care the company has for its employees. We have recently had a mental health time initiative where we were given 2 hours free to do an activity that makes makes up happy! It's little things like this that make you feel valued and cared for.

I don't personally have any con's for the business. Its a happy lovely place to work with supportive colleagues who want to see you do well.
