Besides, only 10% would listen to your ideas for improvement. Uniquely, one of our values is 'think and act like an owner', but everyone's just so busy with their work so that they don't care with long-term consequences such as poor integration between functions and having no reliable single-source data for company-wide use. In addition, changes happen a lot without thinking further about what would happen in the future.
