Pros
You will have a source of income, coworkers are nice.
Cons
Health insurance is awful; either cheap, but only covers preventative care, or has a very expensive premium along with hefty out of pocket expenses. No vision insurance. Dental is terrible. If you want to take a holiday off, it comes out of your PTO balance, which to start you'll have 80 hours per year, which isn't enough to cover holidays, sick days, and personal days. The pay isnt enough, when asked for higher pay, I was told that there was going to be a lot of overtime, yet overtime hasn't been offered. High turn over, under staffed.
