      Very hierarchial, boss culture. Looking down upon people who aren’t managers. Top down micromanagement, low potential for salary growth.

      Pros

      TAL has been a great place that is a large company in the industry but also feels close-knit on the inside. Opportunities are given to those that seek it. People are candid and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.
