      Pros

      The CEO, executives, and people leadership team actively promoted a positive and supportive work environment. I witnessed and participated in the company's significant growth during my time there. The structured performance appraisal process implemented in later years was particularly helpful for my career development. The company offered a comprehensive employee benefits package that supported my well-being. Overall, I had a very positive experience working at TAL.

      Cons

      As the company grew some of the company's 'family' feel changed to be much more corporate however this is typically the case with companies as they scale.

      Pros

      TAL has been a great place that is a large company in the industry but also feels close-knit on the inside. Opportunities are given to those that seek it. People are candid and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.

      Supports their staff - even during a lot of turmoil in the industry
