Roles we hire starts from developers to leadership hence lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the talent acquisition field. Timely payment of commissions with full transparency to the team.
Cons
It is a wonderful place with good team of recruiters, but there is always room for improvement. An HR system is required for smooth process flow, as many team we do work on MS Teams or WhatsApp for immediate communication but it creates confusion and hinders information flow.
