      - new school with lots to set up still - building in progress in some areas -lack of trust in staff from management- most decisions are made without consulting staff

      fantastic cooperating teacher, spacious classroom with access to latest technology.

      Cons

      As a student teacher, none. For full time teacher's the starting salary seemed low compared to other private schools.

      Pros

      Good working atmosphere, good students, beautiful campus, close knit community.

      Cons

      No retirement plan, lowering salary, cutting budget, no sense of direction, take too long in making decisions. The best teachers are overworked.
