      Good Working Environments , good learning environments . I got lot of scope to learn in new technologies in last one year, looking forward to more opportunities to enhance my career growth. Flexibility in team and team willing to co-operate when ever i face any technical issues.

      Pros

      Nothing much to talk about. Being a localite is the only advantage as the pay is too low to sustain in a metro on your own.

      Cons

      Not soo understanding management 6 months probation no bonuses at all(diwali, holi etc etc) micromanagement culture
