Vision is solid and most of the people outside of leadership are solid.
Cons
Leadership is horrible and they have no business running a company. Promises are made to the employees but never delivered on, Drama has no bounds at this place. Quick to fire a person when they make a mistake. they also believe some people are unicorns and will get away with things and will be treated different from others, this right out of the mouth of the top leadership. Sales team is a poor excuse for the team they employ! They treat their employees worse than any place I have seen! It has also been stated they do not believe in work life balance, which is horrible. Unless you are young and have no family or life, you will want to avoid this place like a plague!
