Mostly a positive work environment. Good pay - have recently made changes to address lower pay ranges.
Cons
Work life balance is non-existent. Corporate leadership expects local employees to accept more and more responsibility with only negative feedback - expectations are unattainable. Corporate (Federal Signal) pushes down processes, policies, and initiatives without any input from or thought of the local employees.
