      Pros

      If you get the right team/ manager that understands people have different skills it can be a great experience and make friends for life.

      Cons

      We were encouraged to do ANYTHING to sell an account. Lie to the customer, tell them that NSF fees effect their credit score, that in order to upgrade to the senior free account you have to open a new account. Any reason you could find to open an account, and some serious shady things if you did not have the opening payment.
