The Development team has lost almost 50% of the team in the last 3 months and the management couldn't care less, but hey the regrettable attrition is <10%, so they'll wait for 10% I guess.
Paying your developers 70,000$ a year for 50 hour work weeks after 5-6 years in the company is an outright joke, it is enslavement and exploitation of talent. To top that the raises don't even beat the inflation.
