Salary - Education Programs Manager TDF Employee Review

I get sent out to see shows throughout the city, but you have to write about them and get it published through the website to get the check.

Can't see any really popular shows on Broadway unless your a veteran writer, and even then its still hard to get it.

You ARE replaceable Salary You may be hired for 1 job, but expectations will be that you take on 2-3 other full time jobs in order to qualify for an annual standard of living wage increase & if you don’t do the extra work your evaluation will reflect it & thus, no raise. Expectations will be to work 50-80+ hours each week & only get paid for 37.5 hours (yes it’s a state job). Managers are horrible Bad micromanaging Home office is required in some cases, but no extra money offered to pay for office necessities, nor is it included in hiring documents
