Okay place to work - Quality TEDS Employee Review

-Not much room for advancement -Pay is no where near industry standards -Poor management when I was there -No value placed on veteran employees. I know recently a few of the veteran employees were laid off and never called back. Instead, TEDS hired new folks, mostly just out of college. -When I worked there most everyone was using a desktop, so there was no chance to take your work home or work from home. I work at a company now where I work from home 90% of the time and they pay me better and appreciate me more. TEDS treats employees like children for the most part.
