Pros

+ Great communication with the management of the companies, the human resources department, as well as with the other colleagues; + Never encountered a delay in terms of salary or benefits, timely response towards requests for paid or unpaid leave; + Great equipment, internal contests that offer an opportunity to earn freebies, campaigns focused on the environment and other great causes; + Good payment, taking into consideration the average salary in the country in which I've worked into, and also great benefits, including medical subscription to the most popular private medical services provider in Romania;

Cons

- Some of their projects have unrealistic expectations, which, although is not something that they might be able to control, can still impact one's tenure at the company; - Promotions on leading positions is biased, with females and residents located in the same city as the office having more chances of receiving one, no matter the KPIs; - Micromanagement, which is rather common for all outsourcing companies, including private WhatsApp groups that remain functional even after one's shift end;

Pros

remote job that pays well, provides all equipment, and had benefits. The whole process of getting hired was an ease and they have overtime available. Sr advisors were nice and flexible if you have kids and appointments. i worked 2 months postpartum

Cons

Lack of social interaction, There's a lot of terminology and scripts you have to learn and you have to really apply yourself mentally. you are graded on each call for staying on script and all aspects of the workflow.

Pros

50% of the people and the projects are awesome. Your experience really depends on where/when you get allocated.

Cons

The internal initiatives are usually horrible. Client work solves real problems, but if you get stuck on an internal initiative, you'll just end up doing nonsensical work at the drop of a hat, trying to please program directors who lack vision and a basic understanding of product.
