I Cant think of any thing worth mentioning here.
Cons
Top management mainly consists of friends and colleagues in colleges and B grade achievers thoughout their careers. Thankfully their close friend managed to establish the company of the size of TEOCO which I believe is $150 Mn company after the latest acquisition they do. After every acquisition, they do is to cut the salaries of the employees and then boast about it. Top management is hypocrites and one man driven company.
