      The company is changing its focus, reviewing strategy. Lack of incomes, because problems to sale advertising in the new enviroment. Advertising models not updated enough Dificult to sale programmatic vs Google Too long administrative process.

      Pros

      Company buys all workers good food when we are out on jobs and time and 1/2 for any time worked from 3:30 pm to 7:00 am Guaranteed 40 hours a week

      You are always on call and if there is a derailment you have to be at the shop within 1 hr from being called Management degrades people that he does not like not a good person to work under
