Great atmosphere, people are laid back and dependable. There is great flexibility of schedules. The math modeling part has a very good management and the board is also quite friendly. The people who make up the company have great expertise in what they do.

Just like any new company, there is the risk factor. It's really low in this case, but it always exists. There is so far no structured career plan and salaries. Unless the company doubles or triples in size over the years, which is reasonably likely, and vacancies arise where the employee can be promoted.
