Pros
For someone walking into a field with which I had very little formal experience, I found a great opportunity to gain experience and move forward. They offered a great tuition reimbursement program.
Cons
Staff feedback and communication to management did not seem to be a high priority. Communication in general seemed to be an issue. Certain people were in management positions who seemed to have insufficient experience with the technical and/or technological aspects of their departments.
