Pros

I am respected, recognized and valued and I am being paid well ,considering private insurance and pension. People are great and friendly in TFS .

Cons

Time sheets; it is stressful to complete every task based on the hours in the contracts .

Pros

I enjoyed working with my US team.

Cons

Nice teams to work with but the upper-level management was chaotic. NOt too much training was provided so you had to learn everything fast. Most of the people in US were laid off in a year or less. The US team was dissolved within a year.
