I started here as an intern and was able to grow into a full time Production Coordinator which has been such a great experience. Leadership genuinely cares about you as a person and will help you succeed in your role, which really sets this place apart. The team is a true support system. There is real empathy and care throughout and everyone is always a pleasure to work with. I love solving problems with creative solutions and this role gives me a lot of opportunity to do that. Working with the creative team is always collaborative and so much fun. Being a remote job, one of the best parts is being able to travel and be on site for most of the events. It is great to meet the team in real life and have that genuine connection. TH also brings in some top level producers who are amazing to work with and I am always learning from them. I get to interact at every level of production which is something I really appreciate. The clients are amazing, the structure is great and the way the teams work together makes this a really special place to work.

The work can be fast paced at times and it can be hard to prep before jumping into production. That said it is really no different than any other agency so it comes with the territory.

The fast-paced nature in our industry often leads to overlapping project peaks. There’s a great opportunity to refine our scheduling to ensure the team stays balanced and set up for success during these busy windows.
