Pros

- Responsibility from your first day, providing a real opportunity for growth and career development at a rapid rate. Exposure to senior leaders and stakeholders, which enables you to understand the strategic side of the business. - On site facilities are unmatched. This includes an EAP, doctor, dentist, physio, barber/hairdresser. There is also a staff shop, gym, coffee shops and a canteen with great menu options for breakfast and lunch. Events such as 'THG Loves Local' seem to be really successful, showcasing local businesses around Greater Manchester. - A lively environment with real energy and great people! Experiencing Black Friday at THG is fantastic. - Supportive People Team

Cons

- While being a full-time office based business could be seen as a con, the facilities and energy of the office environment make it worth it. - The location of the office is by the airport, which could be out the way for some people. The office is just off the M56, and there are free shuttle buses to the airport train station and a subsidised bus to town. There's lots of parking spaces. - A genuine fast-paced environment which may not suit everybody, but the level of career growth you experience within a short period of time is great.

Pros

Nice coworkers. Hybrid office policy.

Cons

Absolutely no leadership or direction. There is a so called “SLT” who are meant to be the leaders which is a joke. The “President” who they shipped over from the UK is an ego maniac who over promises and under delivers and has no issue firing people at the drop of a dime. Priorities are never clear and strategy changes every single day. Somehow it always ends up being the fault of the staff while leadership takes 0 accountability. Oh and they cite a bonus structure in all contracts which is a lie because I don’t know of a single person who has received a bonus.
