Good experience so far - Customer Service Advisor THG Employee Review

Good hiring process. First received a quick call to discuss the role and then in more detail through a Teams call. After that, I was notified in less than a week that I got the role! Training is very chill and you are really guided through all of the processes, so that you can be completely ready for the role. My role is fully remote, which I think is great! Would love to see more fully remote roles available at THG.
