      Pros

      New working hours, less hours for the same pay. Good team members. Fair pay. Enjoyable work environment.

      Cons

      Used to receive quarterly bonuses however now we do not. Unable to take holidays Nov-Dec. Used to have 2 work from home days per week which has now ended.

      Free gifts and young culture.

      Cons

      Workload and disorganization. Upper management plays by the UK rule book never getting anything fixed or done.
