Areas for Improvement I Noticed : - Limited benefits beyond statutory PF (health insurance, wellness benefits, or flexible work arrangements etc) - Just 8 sick leave days annually: This falls on the lower end of the typical range (1 per month is standard in many good companies) - No dedicated marriage leave: Marriage leave isn’t mandated under Indian law but is often granted by companies as a one-time benefit ranges from 3-10 days. - 5 days work from office, It's hard to manage if you are not from pune itself. - Modest salary increases: Given current inflation rates and benchmarks in India it's on lower end. - Lack of team outings or social events: There are no organized team dinners, get-togethers, or off-site outings

Nice coworkers. Hybrid office policy.

Cons

Absolutely no leadership or direction. There is a so called “SLT” who are meant to be the leaders which is a joke. The “President” who they shipped over from the UK is an ego maniac who over promises and under delivers and has no issue firing people at the drop of a dime. Priorities are never clear and strategy changes every single day. Somehow it always ends up being the fault of the staff while leadership takes 0 accountability. Oh and they cite a bonus structure in all contracts which is a lie because I don’t know of a single person who has received a bonus.
