I am apart of the support team at THG & have had the pleasure of waking up every single morning & looking forward to going into work; It is just that great of an environment to work in! The THG Management Team treats their staff as equals, if not higher on the totem-pole...we are fully supported & celebrated for our endeavors on a daily, if not hourly basis. We are encouraged to continually challenge ourselves & are given the opportunity to be our own leaders in each of our supportive roles. In the 3 years I have been with this firm, I have been promoted to a new role twice & rewarded for my dedication & hard-work. Our President & Executive Vice President have built a culture founded on respect, individuality, integrity, & teamwork, among other values, & it shows throughout the firm.
Cons
We tend to have a vigorous interview process, which can be shown as a negative aspect to a certain degree. However, it is because we take into consideration our beliefs, values, & the culture of the agency as a whole, that we choose to be meticulous in who we bring on.
