      Pros

      Great company to work for and staff were well looked after. Good benefits package. Good positive philosophy and great brand with Demon Broadband one of many historic products.

      Cons

      Company was never the same after merging with Cable and Wireless then later Vodafone. Large corporate mind set changed employee's considerably. Ruthless approach to staff and (streamlining).

      Good team who were supportive. Nice staff area and good holidays
