      Pros

      - Good pay - Nice office location & rooftop - D'USSE Fridays - Shared office with Roc Nation so sometimes benefits from them

      Cons

      - NO work-life balance (only tech company I know without a work-from-home policy) - Only place I've ever worked where I dont have direct access to the CEO/President (she doesn't even know most of us exist or what our names are) - No advancement - people have worked there 4+ years and are still in their same positions - No qualifications - people were babysitters before they worked at TIDAL LOL - Response to COVID-19 was borderline illegal - broke a ton of labor laws

      remote work is great, some fun benefits within music, like access to shows

      Cons

      no direction, company totally on life support with no vision. lay offs seem to hit women primarily. lots of gossip.
