      Company severely lacking in diversity. Offensive political comments/talk can often be heard in the office. Hard to advance in non-engineering roles. Not an enthusiastic or welcoming work environment.

      People are willing to teach and learn. there is a vast pool of knowledge to pull from.

      Cons

      Some groups are more open and inclusive than others. Several people have been there for decades and it can be difficult to be new.
