Pros

Co-workers were amazing. They turned the toughest times into something bearable.

Cons

I was part of the ever-growing list of ~30 individuals who, over the span of just six months, were either booted or desperately fled from this sinking ship. A startup with a maximum capacity of 20, yet the revolving door of employees never seemed to cease. If that doesn't scream instability, I don't know what does. Toxicity permeates every corner of this organization, like a stain that won't wash away. We're given the "honor" of working on weekends, as if our personal lives don't matter, and what do we get in return? Promises unfulfilled, compensation hanging in thin air, and a CEO so far removed from reality that she might as well be in an alternate dimension. She embraces a twisted mindset that thrives on the exploitation of employees, a true aficionado of modern-day slave labor. Oh, the CEO, a marvel of delusion and ego, stuck in a perpetual state of teenage angst, seeking inspiration from social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. A true masterclass in how not to lead a team, all flash and no substance. This company's existence is propped up by a landing page that would make a beginner's HTML project look like a work of art. No client projects, just an illusion of success, fading as quickly as the promises of timely salaries. The CEO's response when questioned about payment? We should be "committed" enough to work for free. Yes, you heard that right – free. It's a slap in the face to anyone with an ounce of self-respect. Feeling scammed, cheated, and utterly tortured is par for the course in this managerial circus. The CEO openly threatened to tarnish anyone who dares to leave mid-project. And yet, she clings to her delusions, blaming employees for her own failings. Twenty-six casualties in six months, and she still refuses to accept her role in the company's downfall. If you're reading this, I implore you – heed my warning. Escape while you can, as if your life depends on it – because in a way, it does. If skepticism still lingers, take the plunge during the probation period, and you'll sprint away faster than you ever thought possible. And to the CEO, who might stumble upon these words: Step aside. Let competence lead the way. Your promises are as empty as your Excel sheets, and your grip on reality is laughably feeble. This place is nothing short of a wretched excuse for a company, a blight on the lives of those unfortunate enough to cross its path.
