Kind upper management Diversity and Culture is awesome. That's what keeps me here, not the pay. Very nice break room to socialize in with TV, free water and coffee with creamers Not micromanaged Provides Healthcare/Dental/Vision - they pay 80% we pay 20%.

Really my only con is about pay and 401k retirement. Pays less than most companies, but like I said I am not micromanaged. Annual raise increases are only 3% or less each year- no matter how much you excel in or received an increased workload. Does not do 401k match. Most companies provide match up to 6 or even 10%. This company gives 3% profit sharing of what you make in a year.
