      Pros

      Enjoyed getting to know the clients and interacting with them on a personal level concerning their home care needs. I got to know the caregivers through the detailed vetting of the applicants and the multiple step hiring process. The overall concept of the business is enlightening and attractive to those people who want to make a difference in society today.

      Cons

      The tug-of-war that goes on between the owners is exhausting. The tantrums and repercussions of the decisions made by the owners in retaliation of each others' decisions are carried over into the active employee pool and often causes the loss of employment for an employee.

      Good competitive pay- kind staff who care about you. Always busy with shifts. Flexible with hours.

      Flexible schedule- you can choose what hours you want to work

      Cons

      Unorganized, greedy, and don't care for their employees. I am very upset with this agency. I am a hard working employee who tries to make a living; they won't allow me to do overtime because it doesn't benifit them. It's funny because I'm the first person they call need someone can't make it. The schedules are very unprofessional. They will make mistakes and expect you to be ok with everything. That's not right, you should be able to understand if it's time for you to leave, but can't because no one comes to relive you.
