Always lots to do and never a dull moment

It depends on your team and supervisor. The culture varies from semi professionalism to not so much. If you are good with politics and workplace dysfunction, this is a good place for you. If you manage to get in with the neurotic Good Ole Girls Club executives, then you will be ok until you somehow enter their bad side. If you upset them, it’s full on retaliation from there. If you make them mad, you will start following everything to the letter but other employees are working other jobs on this company’s time, working from home sleeping, rarely seen, praised for poor work and such. A lot of line staff are close friends with management outside of work especially at the billing programs. That is out in the open. You can move up pretty quick if you are in good standing with admin

See above pros that are also cons. Very unhealthy environment from top to bottom. Good staff are unfortunately targeted sometimes. Just make the best of it as a stepping stone. It depends on your team if you can handle the stress of it.
