      It does not look like company and look more like circus with very low talented employees and management.

      Small company, Good colleagues, good skilled developers and designers

      Cons

      Unorganized - No process in place, Management lacks decision making skills, not much to learn or a path in your career... Too many projects cascaded on developers.

      Ok projects, only web development or web application development, complex software projects are a complete No No

      Call center Manager butts her nose in all matters and acts as the CEO of the company, nothing is above her, oblky shows up for meetings, and appraisals matters. Poor show
