Good benefits, some management is caring and fair, pay is decent depending on your position.
Cons
Lack of respect, will hire as salaried employee and then expect 50, 60, 70 hours a week for no extra pay. Employees expected to stay until job is finished, regardless of employee's family, plans, etc.
