The products being built at TM Pro are easy to get behind. Working there with such intelligent and collaborative people brings out some great ideas that get you excited to design and create some awesome stuff. - Flexible working - Plenty of opportunities to make a difference to tech or products - Fun and intelligent colleagues - Modern tech stack - Lots of greenfield development (at the moment) - Fun toys in the office

For me, there aren't many cons to TM Pro so far. If you're somebody who thrives in a place with lots of structure and process then you may not enjoy it as much as I - but this will be the same in most young companies.
